Tochlit Plant
The closed corporation Tochlit Plant specializes in the manufacture of castings made of carbon and alloy steel grades, as well as gray and special cast irons using the investment casting method. The existing manufacturing process allows production of castings weighing from 20 g to 20 kg, providing 6-8 grades of accuracy with surface roughness of 10 to 20 microns and wall thickness of at least 3 mm. The allowance for machining is within 0.5-1.0 mm and the average weight precision coefficient is 0.85. The order execution timeframe from detailed drawing to output of the finished goods is 2-3 months. High-frequency induction furnaces with a capacity of 250 kg are used for metal melting and alloy production. The metal is ladled into full-hot moulds without the filling mass using original technology.
